Nice atmosphere, attempting a la carte menu and wine list....but poor execution..we were one of the first customers in the evening, but it took one hour to get the main courses to the table...and skirt steak and its side dishes were cold this time i did not want to return the meal to the kitchen, because I guessed that it would have taken too long time to get the new one. Dissapointing last night meal in Nice...
Great little local bistro just a few blocks inland from the Promenade. Wonderful food, very friendly wait staff - English menu and explanations. Had the skirt steak and the beef stew with gnocchi, also tried the "perfect egg". All excellent. Had the chocolate pistachio brownie with ice cream and the rice pudding for dessert. A couple at the next table asked what we had and ordered the same thing. We all agreed it was delicious. The server was able to make wine recommendations which we enjoyed and brought us complimentary cantaloupe liquors to finish the meal. Highly recommend.
Excellent établissement. Cuisine inventive,produits frais,légumes du jardin. Terrasse très agréable. Belle décoration intérieure. Un sans faute allez-y sans hésitation
