Un ristorante che magicamente trasporta il gusto del cibo sotto i riflettori. Passione per la cucina e tecniche di preparazione che denotano una ricercatezza per nulla fine a se stessa mi hanno sorpreso e colpito a livello profondo. Ogni piatto è una scoperta che, per giunta, non si esaurisce al primo assaggio o alla prima degustazione. In pratica, bando alle ciance: il carpaccio forse più buono che abbia mai mangiato; accostamenti di manzo, zucca e funghi che inebriano i sensi; un dessert mi-cuit al pistacchio e cioccolato bianco che apre le porte al Nirvana. Grande! E non credo proprio di essere il solo a pensare tutto questo, viste le reazioni dei commensali con cui ho avuto il piacere di condividere i piatti di questa cucina.

Très bon accueil, repas excellent. Petite remarque: portions un peu petites pour le prix payé. Mais une belle découverte culinaire et humaine, jeune équipe qui fourni des produits de leur jardin. A l'ardoise, donc gage de fraîcheur et de changement. Les conseils donnés sur les vins sont aussi très bons, et la personne du service se donne le temps pour, malgré un travail chargé. Je conseille...
Excellente adresse inattendue au pied de notre hôtel pour finir un we à Nice en beauté ! Cuisine raffinée, inventive par le mélange des saveurs et des épices, l’équipe est passionnée et cela se sent ! On reviendra avec grand plaisir ! Courez y si vous passez à Nice !
We were recommended to try this bistro by the receptionist at our hotel. What a brilliant recommendation. We ate here on four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it on each occasion. The food was delicious every time. The wine list was small specialising in local producers and described to us enthusiasticly by the owner. We really enjoyed trying these local varieties. Service was superb too warm and friendly.
Nice atmosphere, attempting a la carte menu and wine list....but poor execution..we were one of the first customers in the evening, but it took one hour to get the main courses to the table...and skirt steak and its side dishes were cold this time i did not want to return the meal to the kitchen, because I guessed that it would have taken too long time to get the new one. Dissapointing last night meal in Nice...
Great little local bistro just a few blocks inland from the Promenade. Wonderful food, very friendly wait staff - English menu and explanations. Had the skirt steak and the beef stew with gnocchi, also tried the "perfect egg". All excellent. Had the chocolate pistachio brownie with ice cream and the rice pudding for dessert. A couple at the next table asked what we had and ordered the same thing. We all agreed it was delicious. The server was able to make wine recommendations which we enjoyed and brought us complimentary cantaloupe liquors to finish the meal. Highly recommend.
